From pressing simple flashings and angles to pressing the most complex designs, the resources of WPM sheetmetal ensure that all your needs are handled in-house, and that the highest quality control criteria applies at all times. The best computer controlled accuracy is assured by our range of CNC presses. These include two Kleen 100 tonne CNC press brakes, 4 metres and 6 metres in length respectively. In addition our pressing capabilities are furthered with a Trumpf V230 press brake. With a 230 tonne capacity and 3 metres in length, this press brake utilises the latest in computer technology, in addition to the software capability of offline programming. Offline programming enables us to design your components in 3D model space, thereby giving us the capability to design the most complex components, in addition to finding the quickest and easiest pressing sequence, before any material in real time has been wasted.
